Property Type Serenity Cottages are located on the most secluded part of Shoal Bay East Beach and is just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The accommodations are comprised of two Villas more particularly described as Villa I and Villa II. Villa I This Villa, the first constructed of the two, is comprised of two floors and is located close to the beach. There are four 2 bedroom suites, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Villa II Villa II is situated about 25 yards behind Villa I. It has three floors and is comprised of four 2 bedroom suites, two on the second floor with garden view and two on third floor with spectacular views of the ocean. Located on the first floor are two 1 bedroom suites with garden view. All of the 2 bedroom suites above mentioned can be rented in various configurations, that is, 2 bedroom suite, 1 bedroom suite and studio.
