One Bedroom Suite comes with private balcony, bath, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining facilities.
Two Bedroom Suite has two private balconies, two baths, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining facilities.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation which can be paid in cash or credit card. Visa, Master Card and American Express cards are accepted as well as bank drafts.
Reservations for less than three nights, the full room rate would be required for deposit.
The deposit is refundable provided that notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, less a $100.00 administration fee. If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of expected arrival date, the deposit will be applied to any canceled or altered night of confirmed reservation including early departure.
Rates are subject to 10% Government Room Tax and 10% Service Charge. Tourism Levy of US$1.00 per person per night.
Rates are subject to change without further notice.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the reservation process will be initiated and an email confirmation will be sent out within 24 hours detailing the reservation. The email confirmation will include type of accommodation, total cost, taxes and deposit along with refund and cancellation policy.
